Can this really be true? According to a new study reported on CNN.com, women who are considered "curvy" (for this report, it means that your hips are wider than your waist) are actually smarter! How can this be? Researchers have found that the fat stored in hips and thighs is very high in Omega 3 fatty acids and this type of fat is much more important in brain development than other fat stored above the waist.
Just because you may not have the same figure as the women studied, you can still reap the benefits by supplementing your diet with foods high in these same fats, such as fish.

Being a stay home mom, I often look around the internet in my spare time to look for ways to make a few extra dollars. I like a few mom blogs on money management, debt, and making money online. While I was looking around I found a great site.
